Shades Of France - Painting Holiday August 2011

Mike and Sara Peel are hosting painting holidays in a delightful part of France and have invited me to join them as one of their tutors. The planning is so neat and efficient, the food sounds great, and the house and swimming pool - simply lovely. It is going to be a very successful venture for them I am sure and I look forward to being there for a week next year.

My booking is 27th August - 3rd September 2011

www.shades-of-france.com will give you all the details that you need if interested in joining us.

Royal Scottish Acadamy

Generally I keep quiet about open shows that I submit work to.. Unless of course I get something in. The R.S.A Small Works Show is opening in Edinburgh tomorrow evening and I am very pleased to be attending as an exhibiting artist. Going to drive down with George Collier and Lyndsay Gibb, as George also has work accepted.
Its a long way to go for a glass of red, but it might not happen again!

Zakynthos 2011

We are still eight months from the Painting holiday in Greece, but each new person signing up makes it seem a bit closer. The days are shortening rappidly in Aberdeenhshire, but I have sunshine and lots of new people to look forward to.
The first week from 19th - 26th of May is nearly full with eight painters signed up and two non painting partners. The second week might be a cosy foursome with Maureen and Graham Fison. What ever will be, we are looking forward to it.

On that note I think I should book our flights.
